Our Digital teams transform technological innovation into hope and solutions for patients. Sanofi’s Digital R&D Intern will expose you to a challenging and collaborative environment. You will gain cross functional insights into Digital and work with leaders, playing an important role in valuable projects and initiatives that touch the lives of patients globally. You will also develop critical business skills through ongoing training, leadership development courses and learn many skills within the Digital space.

KEY INDIVIDUAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with the Digital R&D team to design, implement, and maintain innovative lab automation solutions.

• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of tailored automation solutions.

• Participate in agile ways of working, contributing to sprint planning, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Gain hands-on experience with lab equipment and automation technologies.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement and optimization of lab processes through technological innovation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business, or other relevant discipline at an accredited university.

• 3.0/4.0 GPA is a minimum requirement.

• Must be able to work well independently, and within a team, in a remote environment.

• Passion for helping others through technological solution.

• Strong interest in digital technologies, lab automation, and research and development.

• Familiarity with digital technologies (Cloud, Python, DB, Javascript, etc)

• Prior work-related intern or co-op experience

• Experience working in complex and/or international environment.

• Critical thinking – ability to challenge the status quo.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong time management, technical aptitude, and organizational skills

• Demonstrated leadership experience strongly preferred, on or off campus. (Student club, sports team, community/volunteer, etc.)

• Flexible – Open to new challenges
