Responsibilities

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission:

Labelling Innovation & Transformation Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/08/2024

Responsibilities:

  • Project lead E2E Labelling Transformations and support GRA (Global Regulatory Affairs) Transformations, where assigned.
  • Actively identify, provide recommendations for and/or lead process optimizations/improvements within Global Labelling (GLAB), as well as beyond GLAB where process synergies exist.
  • Lead LIT (labelling Innovation and Transformation) projects by independently or collaboratively defining scope, deliverables, and engaging key stake holders to ensure project objectives and timelines are met.
  • Actively identify risks and associated mitigation plans to ensure project success.
  • Create synergies with Global Labelling Operations and Global Labelling Strategy teams to foster innovation and drive efficiencies.
  • Lead and/or provide support for business case preparation, execution, and presentation for project approval.
  • Lead or participate in solution seeking engagements to initiate, align and/or drive project forward to optimal outcome.
  • Provide feedback on technology with specific focus on user experience as it pertains to labelling.
  • Understand emerging technologies related to labelling (i.e., SCM, Generative AI, Power BI capabilities etc.).
  • Support the Digital Innovation Strategy ambition which includes: Competitive Intelligence discussions, Structured Content Management, Generative AI Labelling Use Cases, engaging Power BI to support project success with clear data to support.
  • Prepare succinct, clear and impactful presentations on critical projects for key leadership stakeholders.
  • Map new and changing processes associated with GRA Labelling as it pertains to workstreams/projects with appropriate technology/tools (i.e., Microsoft Visio etc.).
  • Provide project status/progress updates to GLAB Leadership Team, and other forums where applicable.

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences

  • Master’s degree in Life sciences or similar scientific field.
  • Knowledge of labelling activities in end-to-end process, including interactions with labelling partners would be an asset.
  • Firm understanding of the regulatory environment, drug research & development and maintenance processes and requirements.
  • Strong working experience with Vault RIM and other applicable internal Sanofi tools would be an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and other collaborative tools.
  • Advanced knowledge or Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Project & equivalent tools.
  • Experience in data analytic tools including but not limited to Power BI is preferred.
  • Experience in Generative AI conceptualization and projects would be an asset.
