Mandate:
The Product Owner (PO) has ultimate accountability and responsibility to realize business transformation and value generation with business stakeholders.
Key projects for this role in 2024:
Lead successful completion of US Automate Program (H1)
Drive assessment of US Vaccines eCommerce Landscape to identify opportunities for simplification (for ex. Unify). Support decommissioning
Support the US Senior Product Owner in Best-in-Class US OneShop two-fold
Contribute to OneShop Product Vision & Backlog Refinement identifying Epics & Features required for US B2B market place
Lead the Vaccines program to cutover to US OneShop
The role will work closely with Digital CX experts, Digital US team, Digital Product eCommerce teams and eCommerce business teams, being an expert on US eCommerce digital products & innovations.
Key responsibilities:
The Product Owner (PO) ultimate accountability and responsibility is to deliver a workable product that delivers business value, every sprint. The PO is a member of the Agile Team responsible for defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog. (S)He has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories as done.
Owns the “Product” from a “What” and “Why” perspective (accountable for vision and requirements) for their specified product, or component (if multiple delivery teams involved in solution delivery)
Works with scrum master and engineering delivery team daily, answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being readily available when issues arise that could delay the project.
Is accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint, aligning with the overall goals from the business
Can negotiate Yes/No with the Business and/or the Digital Towers
Works closely and owns relationship with Customer Experience
Owns backlog prioritization of work
Creates requirements and Jira stories
Keeps the vision of the product up to date
Owns of roadmap and sprint priorities
Ensures follow up and reporting of KPI
Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
Closely work with business owner to define the product vision, roadmap and prioritize the most valuable features to deploy for customers and company.
Have a high passion to understand the internal and external customers’ needs, and always motivate team members to work on the valuable delivery.
Enjoy working with diverse groups of people and toward a common goal. Comfortable with ambiguity and try to find a proper alignment toward the final goal.
Foresee the full value chain and try to enlarge the product value to support business success.

Program Lead for US Automate which increases customer self-service model Liaison, bringing Business and Digital key stakeholders together helping influence and negotiate business needs while aligning with Digital priorities

Critical incident coordinator, bringing the right teams together, gaining root cause analysis, resolution, and process changes
