Our Team:

The Imaging – Customer Claims Support Analyst reports to the Ci2C Claims Supervisor.  This person will work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade or Global Business Unit and Ci2C front line teams in specific countries/regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver imaging support for US Customer Contact Management system (CCM) to CHC Americas per their respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage deduction support document for our Claims management process.
  • Work with our business partners and customers to ensure Claims Analysts and/or business has information to analyze cash deduction for credit or request repayment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver imaging support for the Customer Cash Deductions (Claims) process to GBS HUB for CHC Americas as per their respective Service Level Agreements require.
  • Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines. 
  • Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs.
  • Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities.
  • Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition.
  • Additional duties as requested by management team.

About You:

Experience

  • Broad understanding of indexed imaging services, Customer Invoice to Cash process and activities
  • Good business acumen
  • Strong deductive and analytical skills
  • Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner.
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end-to-end mindset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attentive to customer needs and feedback

Education

  • Highschool diploma
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable / Cash Application
  • Fluency in English required.
