Responsibilities

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:


Global Brand Associate Beyfortus, Vaccines - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 1/07/2024

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sanofi marketing team, omnichannel marketing team, and creative agency, Havas, to ensure strong collaboration and implementation of digital initiatives including SMART Closed Loop Marketing (CLM), interactive visual aid, and migration to Campus+  
  • Work with Medical and Communication teams to review social media listening insights, produce quarterly reports, and make actionable recommendations to maximize our share of voice on social media 
  • Pioneer new ways of working such as using AI to certify sales teams, encouraging interactivity during meetings, developing AI-generated imagery, etc
  • Lead the dissemination of globally developed assets to local teams in partnership with global marketing campaign owners, potentially including the development of an asset-sharing platform / media hub 
  • Lead collection of information on campaign asset localization and utilization by key markets via the localization tracker and Content Localization Hub (CLH) dashboard and ensure insights are shared with appropriate team members and creative agency  
  • Act as the expert on the global Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform and Content Localization Hub (CLH) and liaise with TAG (name of the agency working on asset adaptation/localization) to ensure smooth localization process of global Beyfortus materials  
  • Support the Market Leads (MLs) and Global Brand Manager (GBM) in coordination of launch activities, co-promotion, track performance and implementation of assets and materials 
  • Support and manage country Launch Performance Reviews and Launch Readiness Review processes



Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences:

  • Master’s degree in science and/or marketing.
  • First experience in digital marketing or healthcare industry is preferred  
  • Working experience in an international / multicultural environment 
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong digital acumen 
  • Curious; willing to learn new skills and pioneer new ways of working 
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, in an international environment 
  • Team player, ability to work transversally 
  • Proficient in tools/applications such as Microsoft Office, Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate), Sharepoint, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD), Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude)
