This individual is the primary contact for Vaccines Industrial Affair Operations and assists the assigned areas with proper design and completion of change requests.
This individual is responsible for communicating metrics, providing training, and end user support.
This individual may participate in audits and inspections as the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Review of change controls for complete and accurate information to ensure that the change control descriptions contain the required information, assign the assessors, and review the completed change control plan.
Process management of the Swiftwater VIA change control screening process, which will include monitoring the status of open changes, coordinating committee meetings, provide meeting minutes and follow up actions, creating and updating documents.
Reporting tasks include performing searches and queries of the change control database to provide weekly metric reporting.
Support the development and use of the various metric reporting tools within VIA.
Facilitate system improvements and other tasks as assigned by Quality Management to support the development and evolution of the quality systems.
Training of end users on the process, database, and access management, providing guidance and assistance to Sanofi employees/contractors on the change control process, creating and updating learning tools.
Potential to work up to 50% remote.
Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or equivalent. Five years’ experience in a cGMP controlled/ pharmaceutical industry is desired. Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory requirements desired.
Experience with computer systems is required, must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint).
