Demand Manager - Ridgefield, NJ

Demand manager is the focal point for markets supplied from Ridgefield, NJ
Demand management - medium & long term
Service Level Agreement (SLA): focal point for customers and the global Supply Chain for the annual process of defining the min and max levels of subsidiary stocks.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP): Focal point of the S&OP group process, in particular for the Lovenox network.
In connection with Supply Chain product managers and Hubs,
Customer focal point for arbitration negotiations between customer needs and optimal use of production resources.
Guarantor of compliance with the subsidiaries' stock policy and, in co-responsibility with the Factory Planning team, of the site's stock objectives.
Guarantee to alert customers when a risk of rupture or over-stock arrives as well as to propose an action plan to limit the associated risk.
Master Production Scheduling - short term
In connection with Supply Chain product managers and Hubs, customer focal point for defining and prioritizing short-term customer needs (<3 months)
Guarantee that the production plan constantly meets the latest priorities and customer needs
In connection with Supply Chain product managers and Hubs, customer focal point for monitoring the fulfillment of production and release commitments
In collaboration with the site store team, focal point of the clients' site for monitoring the completion of shipments to distribution centers.
Packaging coordination:
360 ° coordinator of CA change processes with key stakeholders - regulatory, market supply chain, CA suppliers, Ridgefield planning and supply team, Ridgefield quality, technique, production, etc.
Projects:
Participation in cross-functional projects by ensuring respect for customer service
May be required to assist as a subject matter expert in the development and registration of new product launches.
Reporting:
Responsible for reporting on site Supply Chain performance indicators to the Global Supply Chain - customer service, outages, cycle time, inventory level, activity, etc.
Continuous improvement:
Participates in the establishment of a culture of continuous process improvement within Supply Chain teams and within quality

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
A BA Degree is required in Supply Chain and 5 years' industry experience
Knowledge of SAP and RapidResponse (Kinaxis)
Strong writing ability
Knowledge of Deviation and Corrective/Preventive Actions
Knowledge of GMP
Knowledge of quality and regulatory requirements and constraints
Preferred Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree is required in Supply Chain OR 10 years' industry experience
