Job Highlights:

  • Plan, organize, and execute sales and promotional activities within assigned geography and in collaboration with Diabetes Sales Professional partner.

  • Engage Diabetes customers in-person and virtually within assigned geographical territory to deliver clinically focused messages to grow and achieve brand volume, share, and revenue goals.

  • Collaborate and coordinate with relevant team members to proactively address customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, develop strategies which support brand and corporate objectives, implement pull-through strategies, and ensure optimal account success within assigned geography.

  • Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans in collaboration with Diabetes Sales Professional partner to maximize territory efficiency and business success.

  • Maintain strict adherence to all legal, regulatory, ethical, administrative, and financial duties.

  • Access to a mentor will be made available to help support your intentional development.


Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree attained from an accredited university/college.

  • 1-2 years of outside sale experience preferred. We will also consider recent graduates..

  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual who demonstrates excellent planning & organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn, apply and communicate technical/scientific knowledge.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and leadership qualities.

  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take strategic action to positively impact customers and patient’s lives.

  • Excellent collaboration with team members to reach common goals for the diabetes portfolio.

  • Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs as necessary - additional travel may be required within the assigned territory.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future is required.

  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record required.

Candidates must complete all fleet safety training and must maintain an acceptable driving record regarding accidents and incidents.
