Job overview

This position will initially support Chloe project with the strategic design of global Source to Value (S2V) processes: Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Travel & Expenses.  Will also contribute to roll out of new S2V operations and relevant satellite solutions.  Following CHLOE project completion, this role will work with daily S2V operations.

North America Pay to Purchase (P2P) Lead is the single point of accountability with local CHC stakeholders. This role ensures optimized processes are implemented locally and streamlines processes by connecting end users with process owners (Procurement, Legal, etc.). Responsibility for designing and adherence of processes at local level, managing deviations, and alignment with relevant support functions. P2P Lead is the gatekeeper of local processes and will work closely together with manager and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider supporting CHC operations.


Chloe Project Mode:

  • Support design and implementation of new tools and processes locally, including BPO onboarding

  • Integrating and coordinating all project activities including definition and implementation of P2P strategies, actions, and governance to achieve business objectives

  • Identify local specificities and needs to ensure a proper localization of processes where needed

  • Ensure smooth execution of the Cutover Plan including testing, knowledge transfer, training, asset transfer activities and hypercare period


  • Ensure business continuity and deliver the operations without disruption 

  • Manage BPO provider relationship at local level (governance, performance monitoring, root cause analysis review, follow up and improvement of actions in place)

  • Lead implementation of the Core Model locally in coordination with BPO team and Global Head of Core model:

    • Fully document, maintain and communicate processes

    • Provide support in innovation, simplification, and standardization

  • Manage qualitative follow-up of S2V internal controls for:

    • Risk-assessment process

    • Yearly control self-assessment

    • Ongoing self-testing

    • Process of identifying internal control deficiencies

    • Support development of adequate action plans and improvement recommendations

    • Follow timely on execution of action plans

  • Ensure local procedures are formalized, updated and in line with the Global policies, standards, and guidance. 

  • Verify procedures are adequately approved and communicated

  • Guide end users and coordinate P2P activities from needs definition to supplier payment, including contracting part, purchase order communication and all required follow-up actions


  • Single Point of S2V accountability in front of local CHC stakeholders

  • Build strong Business Partnering and maintain stakeholder relationships (e.g with Business end users, Procurement, Legal, GBS and Finance)

  • Strengthen relationships with other countries/regions through both solid governance as well as informal and formal networking.

  • Collect business pain points and set up improvement projects/actions

  • Manage Change Management and Communication

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration or related areas


  • 7+ years and very strong expertise in P2P processes

  • Project leadership skills and project management expertise with an experience of implementing SAP and/or P2P tools is a plus

  • Proven experience of building solid partnerships with external service providers

  • Experience of working with key stakeholders, cross-functionally, up to senior executive level

  • Prior experience of working in a global environment

  • Experience of working in a Global Business Services environment
