Associate Director, U.S. HCP Marketing, Sutimlimab

The Associate Director, Sutimlimab HCP Marketing will serve as U.S. HCP Marketing lead and will be responsible for the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies and tactics specific to HCP stakeholders. The individual should have experience working in a cross-functional environment, as they will work closely with field sales, TLLs, medical, market access, legal and regulatory.  This position requires a highly-motivated individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy and creative problem solving skills.

This position is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts and will report to the Sutimlimab U.S. Brand Lead. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HCP marketing efforts for the launch of sutimlimab in the U.S., including disease education
  • Lead the development, creation, and implementation of branded and unbranded HCP promotional materials
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of cold agglutinin disease and market trends
  • Own personal and non-personal promotional plans for HCP facing tactics
  • Lead KOL engagement and speaker programs
  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure message pull through, provide support, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities and issues in execution
  • Work with cross-functional team to develop, coordinate, and execute field training and Plan of Action (POA) meetings
  • Ensure that all marketing processes, documents and tactics are developed and implemented in accordance with Sanofi Genzyme corporate compliance guidelines.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Medical Affairs, Clinical, HEOR, Market Access, Market Research, Regulatory, Legal, and other functions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree and 6+ years product/brand management experience
  • Launch experience
  • Rare disease experience and understanding of the hematology/oncology landscape preferred
  • Strong formal presentation development and delivery skills required
  • Experience managing external vendors and effective budget management
  • Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
  • Ability to communicate and work closely with the following business functions to successfully lead initiatives: Sales force, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Business Ops and Multiple agencies
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
  • Knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing: including medical/legal/regulatory review committee process
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and demonstrated financial, communication, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end
  • High level of personal and professional integrity with strong work ethic
  • Ability to travel 20-30%.

Education:

  • BS/BA required, MBA preferred
