·Partner with Business Unit (BU) Leadership within US Oncology to understand their business reporting and analytical needs

·Participate in regular meetings to review key business updates and further understanding of the relevant markets, customers and strategic areas of focus

·Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting of key performance indicators and market trends for products across the Oncology portfolio

·Generation & management of brand specific dashboards including leading efforts with vendors as needed

·Proactively devise and conduct analytical projects that provide insights to inform brand strategy and tactics

·Perform ad-hoc queries for BU leadership

·Serve as an internal expert and resource to the BU on data-based insights

·Partner with other business operations teams (e.g. Market Research) and other stakeholders (e.g. Patient Services, Value & Access) to address analytical needs of the BU

·Coordination with data management to ensure insights are based on reliable, high quality information


·Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering or related discipline

·Minimum of 3 years of Pharmaceutical, Commercial Analytics/Forecasting or Sales Operations experience

·Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills

·Thorough knowledge of and a high skill level in analytics

·Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·Possess very strong strategic awareness skill set

·Demonstrated the ability to work in a matrixed environment with several cross-functional partners

·Ability to understand and influence decisions

·Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels in the organization

·Promotes a good working relationship with supervisors, co-workers and staff

·Proactive in nature, collaborates well and is self-motivated


·Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

·2+ years of Consulting Experience

·Experience in Oncology

·Proficiency in a broad range of data analysis SQL, SAS and intelligence generation

·Experience with pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, IPSOS)

·Experience working with CRM data systems like Salesforce, Cognos, Veeva, etc.

·Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Qlikview, Spotfire)

·Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
