Job Title:Global Patient Awareness and Activation Lead – TA focus

Location:United States- Cambridge, Massachusetts - preferred

Position Summary:

Global Patient Awareness and Activation Lead – Respiratory & GI

Is a core contributor to the development of the integrated Respiratory & GI Patient Experience strategy, with the intent to propose the best-in-class patient approach for DUPIXENT.  This leader will report to the Head of Patient Engagement – Respiratory & GI.

This individual will lead the cross-functional team responsible for translating the Dupixent Respiratory & GI strategic imperatives and patient insights into a communicable end to end patient experience strategy. Will then ensure this strategy is well understood, executed and measured at country level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end to end patient awareness, education and activation activities for CRSwNP and EoE. Including cross functional prioritization aligned to Respiratory and Indication Brand Strategy. Accountable for the budget build, submission and management across the patient functional stakeholders.

  • Articulate and pull through execution at global and priority country levels. Collaborate across global and local functions to build and lead discussions on a common framework for measurement and set of KPIs. Including Dupixent Content activation requirements definition : Channels (incl. Website) & Capabilities required to execute the tactics.

  • Be a member of the CRSwNP and EoE brand teams.

  • Lead CRSwNP and EoE insight generation, articulation and enhancement. Use this data to to nurture segmentation and personas and to identify omnichannel opportunities (Capturing engagement hook points / Moment of truth that will impact the Behavior).

  • Maintain a working knowledge of methodologies used across Dupixent TAs and Specialty Care to drive consistency of approach and frameworks.

Key Capabilities:

  • Deep understanding and proven track record in content creation, industrialization and execution.

  • Bring a digital and innovative mindset to tactic formulation, execution and measurement.

  • Experience in Omnichannel strategic development in a multi-dimensional and rapid changing environment. Ability to prioritize & deploy Omnichannel tactic in working with multiple markets in a multicultural environment.

  • Championing Agile ways of working to deliver tactics Globally.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirements: BA or BSc;

  • Minimum 5 years in life sciences and healthcare with experience in multiple therapeutic areas and functions.

  • Specific digital content experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.

  • Previous experience is Respiratory and/or Consumer Healthcare/FMCG is a plus.

The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
