Multifunctional Salesforce Marketing Center of Excellence (SFMC CoE) has been established to support and empower new “self-serve” operating model for next Sanofi’s next generation omnichannel capabilities, that are being rolled-out as part of OneCRM Lightning program.
SFMC CoE mission includes:
a) help to markets deploying new Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities;
b) support transition operating model of previously fully-served markets;
c) increased support for self-serviced markets with upskilling, new features deployment, best practice sharing, as well hands-on help for complex campaign execution.
With ultimate objective to empower markets execute campaigns of different levels of complexity by themselves, increasing agility, independence and speed to market. CoE is a truly global team, enabling support for the markets in three time zones (Americas, EMEA and Asia).
This role is critical in bringing to life CoE mission in the regions, in close proximity and connection with local markets.
CoE Regional Lead ( functional engineer), residing in global Digital Organization, responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
In charge for delivering of CoE mission in the region for countries in scope (launch, Transition Op Model, CoE self-service support).
Accountable for regular tracking and delivery of key operation metrics, including incidence tickets, requests for CoE help from self-serve markets, drives analysis, insights and recommended actions to address major gaps, OpEx insights into items for OE POD product backlog.
Oversee and being Sanofi key counterpart for CoE Agency team for the region.
Organizing deep dive sessions with markets in the region for new features & capabilities. Initiate upskilling action plan / targeted training sessions when needed.
Stay close with the markets, gaining understanding of their struggles and pains, helps to shape business cases/requirements to feed global Omnichannel backlog.
Organize and animate regional community of practices with aim for markets to exchange more frequently and help each other.
Consult on regional level the campaigns performance analysis, deriving insights on best practices and biggest opportunities to address.
CoE Regional Lead is accountable to Digital CoE leader, working closely with BO&S Change & Training / Omnichannel Transformation lead.
Experience in product / project or solution delivery
Experience in deploying solutions in the markets, driving adoption against defined KPIs
Digital campaign experience / marketing automation experience
Good analytics skills with ability to extract sharp and actionable insights
Highly collaborative team player who is also a strong self-starter
Strong leadership / Excellent communication skills
Strong desire to develop & work in agile environment
