Sanofi Customer Logistics, Manager, Digital Commerce

Bridgewater, New Jersey

The Sanofi Manager of Customer Logistics, Digital Commerce is the primary Logistics & Supply chain liaison for the Amazon and eCommerce business.This role will lead to the key supply chain elements of Amazon and any other eCommerce customer joint business plan. This role is a critical partner to the Amazon and eCommerce Sales leaders and will help resolve any logistics or supply chain-related issues that impact the Team’s results. This individual will develop strong relationships with key Amazon, Operations, Buyers, and Logistics Leaders that influence the Sanofi business. In this role, it is critical to developing a deep understanding of Amazon policies, procedures, and fine

structures.

Your core responsibilities

·Play a key leadership role with the Amazon and eCommerce Sales Leaders to deliver against the overall Joint Business Plans and ensure strong integration of logistics solutions/capabilities to grow the business and demonstrate joint value on-line.

·Provide data and compelling customer need insights to help Influence and secure Sanofi investment in eCommerce specific packaging solutions and offerings as well as Logistics Tools and solutions needed to deliver joint Amazon Sanofi goals.

·Build and foster relationships with key Amazon Supply Chain, DC operations, and merchandising leadership.Develop an in-depth understanding of price match and forecasting solutions to ensure you maximize sales and minimize fines for Sanofi.

·Put in place Logistics scorecards that represent mutually defined annual goals and achieve the critical on-time/in-full, on-line availability, Cash/Inventory, New item, and master data requirements.

·Ensure forecasting capabilities for the Amazon business are delivering expected accuracy results.Key opportunities identified monthly.

·Able to deep dive and resolve any data issues with Amazon to mitigate fines and drive sales for the Team.

·Able to anticipate, respond, and resolve Customer, Supply Chain, or Commercial issues for the Amazon and eCommerce businesses you own.

These characteristics describe you

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience across multiple areas of the supply chain including direct customer interfaces.Ideal to have eCommerce, Packaging development, Manufacturing, Order Mgmt. or Transportation experience.
  • A strong leader with demonstrated track-record for delivering results.
  • You are results and data-driven, with a strong ability to use data to deliver key insights.
  • You are a strong self-motivated leader and can manage ambiguous complex situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to form strong collaborative working relationships across functions/levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • You are known for developing capabilities within your organization.
  • Extremely organized, dependable, and self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • B.A./B.S. required

Who you will work with

  • You will work most closely with key Amazon DC operations and vendor portal resources.
  • You report to the Head of Digital Commerce.
  • You will work closely with Sanofi Supply Chain leaders (Customer Service, Transportation, Package Development, and Demand Planning to ensure Sanofi is effectively and efficiently meeting and exceeding Amazon’s needs.
