HR Business Partner, Manager
Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Manager will provide a full range of HR services and be a key driver of the People strategy across key business areas. This role will be located in Bridgewater, NJ. In this role, the HRBP will build and sustain relationships with these dynamic client groups, effectively influence analysis, accountability and decision-making in the areas of leadership and management, talent management and development, succession planning, change management and operational transformation, work force planning, organization development and design, performance management, employee engagement, and communications.
The HRBP will collaborate with the HR Centers of Expertise (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition and Shared Services) to diagnose, develop and deliver solutions to support client groups.
The person in this role should have business acumen with the ability to align and integrate business needs with HR support and solutions to move the business forward in a growing and changing environment.
The person hired for this position must be able to embody and effectively demonstrate the Sanofi LEAD behavioral competencies of thinking strategically, leading teams, making decisions, developing people, acting for change, striving for results, committing to customers, and cooperating transversally. The person must also be able to relate well to all levels of the organization and will have a demonstrated track record of effective influencing and coaching, teamwork, organizational design and restructuring and leadership skills. The candidate must have experience effectively coaching, guiding and influencing senior leadership to drive significant cultural change and employee engagement. The candidate selected must be able to work in a fast-paced, environment, with a sense of drive and urgency, balancing multiple priorities simultaneously. In addition, the candidate selected will have excellent reasoning and problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, effective project management skills, and organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, listening and presentation). The candidate should also be able to demonstrate interpersonal awareness to effectively build and sustain strong client partnerships with trust and credibility.
- The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven years or Master's and four years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- BioPharmaceutical or related experience
- Working in a highly matrixed environment
- Ability to translate business vision and strategy into an executable People agenda
