iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Global Field Excellence Manager - VIE Contract (W/M)

Responsibilities:

The Global Field Excellence Specialist (GFE) VIE will be responsible for supporting key projects to accelerate the implementation of the Vaccines global commercial strategy. The GFE VIE will assist in:

  • Governance

Draft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module guidelines, templates – e.g., Multi-channel cycle plan module, Field coaching report universal template

Draft business requirements based on GFE global, regional and country Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) input – e.g., integration of Closed-loop marketing/Multi-channel engagement CRM data in FieldInsights

  • Draft forms, establish process to gather incidents and new requests from country CRM/FieldInsights users

Collaborate with Information Technology Services (ITS) to prioritize incidents, new requests in alignment with global GFE recommendations

  • Collaborate with country SFEs and regional GFE directors to assess and relay country operational needs/urgency
  • Communicate governance, CRM/FieldInsights update as relevant to country users
  • Monitor tool adoption
  • Communication – Collaborate with country SFEs and regional GFE directors to aggregate Field Excellence Key Performance Indicators quarterly report
  • CRM and FieldInsights
    • Tool maintenance – Conduct due diligence for incidents/new requests raised by country users, follow up with relevant ITS partner(s)
    • User acceptance tests – Test and validate enhancements and corrections/fixes
    • Training
      • Draft CRM/FieldInsights training and reference documents
      • Train country SFEs on Qliksense functionalities, CRM data model, FieldInsights updates
      • Train SFE and Field user on proper CRM usage in alignment with global Sanofi Pasteur recommendations (CRM core)
  • GFE community
    • Maintain GFE community platforms: SharePoints, Teams
    • Communicate GFE initiatives in relevant Newsletter: UpData
    • Organize and facilitate community teleconferences
  • Champion for Customers - Organize the CFC global event aimed which recognizes top Field Force performer
    • Coordinate Best Business Innovation winner selection with Regions and Commercial Operations Leadership Team
    • Organized Champion for Customer week of events in Paris

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree majoring in Business / commercial education, Engineering or other Science Field
  • CRM and/or Business Intelligence /reporting experience (e.g., SAS, Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quality of thought process and ability to communicate steps clearly 
  • Reporting, CRM fluency, Data management
  • Ability to collaborate with technical colleagues (IT), marketers and sales representatives
  • Communication skills – Ability to translate data, analyses into business trends/outcomes and vice-versa,
  • Fluency in English
  • Project management skills
  • Integrity, tenacity, resilience and adaptability in complex situations and an often-changing environment; able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines
  • Driving license
