Sanofi Consumer Health Care, Digital Commerce Operations Manager
The Digital Operations Manager is responsible for operational support for the Digital Commerce Team and key retailers.This operational work will includeOnline catalog management for key retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, CVS. and Walgreens),support for the team to address operational issues impacting Sanofi brands online, development of automated reporting for Digital Commerce issues and results using existing eCommerce platforms/tools, and responsibility for management and delivery of special projects for the Digital Commerce Team, as needed to support and accelerate sales and share growth. You report directly to the Sr.Director of Digital Commerce Sales.
Your core responsibilities
·Work with National Account Managers (NAMs) to provide initial listings for retailers.Monitor established retailer catalogs for issues.Develop a system for regular updates and compliance for completeness and accuracy.
·Liaison with Marketing Content Manager to ensure that key retailers have appropriate content on a timely basis, and to address any gaps
·Work with Amazon and Omni NAM to identify, address, and solve for reoccurring operational issues at online retailers.
·Develop automated reporting/scorecarding using existing eCommerce platforms and tools, to provide regular updates on KPIs, eg. sales, share, search, content, and to recap issues for root cause analysis and solutions
·Utilize Agile Project Management principles to deliver special projects for the team, in order to accelerate sales and margin growth
These characteristics describe you
·Direct eCommerce experience across CPG. Hands-on Amazon / Walmart / Target experience is a plus
·Base knowledge of eCommerce Supply Chain with the understanding of how to drive operational excellence
·Knowledge and experience with eCommerce Media (AMG, WMG, Roundel, Criteo) is a plus
·Experience with eCommerce reporting platforms/tools (ex. Edge Ascential / Profitero / Digital Shelf Platform, Share Tools)
·Significant Excel Skills/data management experience
·A great networker, you work across the industry to capture the knowledge of eCommerce content best practices and demonstrate an ability to be a liaison with the marketing content managers
·Through the experiences you have led Catalog management and demonstrated agility in Project Management
·A model of collaborative behavior and execution in delivering great programming for Sanofi’s brands at retail.
·Strong interpersonal, written/oral communication, and presentation skills.
