To lead Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (CHC) global RX to OTC Switch projects - comprising of both the currently active projects as well as exploration of new territories in the US.
This role is a key leadership position responsible for the cross functional switch team comprising of Business Lead, Medical, Regulatory, PV and Category. This is a pivotal position to help Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (CHC) realize its mission to become the best consumer healthcare business in the world and be the leader in trans-formative RX-OTC switch.
Rx-to-OTC Current Switch Projects
- Lead 1-2 significant switch projects in the active pipeline to fruition.
- Support or drive (as agreed) further projects which might be based regionally or locally in any of the identified business Areas.
- Guarantee a successful collaboration with the Switch partner (where relevant)
- Exploring new technologies and tools to further enhance our switch projects.
New Avenues Exploration
- Identify and explore new transformational switch opportunities in Sanofi’s strategic categories. To succeed in this area, it will be important to stay close to the competitive environment and CHC’s own business priorities.
An important element is to be able to interpret changes in the healthcare policy so this individual will be have a high level of understanding of how FDA operates.

- Collaborates with almost all the functions within the business for his/her project, so leadership and collaboration are key.
