Job Title:BrokerManager

Location:  Remote, Bridgewater, NJ

Job Summary

The Broker Manager executes US Retail Operations for Sanofi CHC, and is responsible for maximizing sales growth and business opportunities through the development and implementation of Sanofi’s CHC Retail Strategy. The Broker Manager is responsible for developing relationship and partnership with top level brokers and agency contacts to execute Sanofi retail strategies and drive mutually beneficial business results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivers on assigned sales targets and manages Sanofi’s CHC US Retail Operations plans while gaining alignment from sales teams and third party brokers

  • Manages relationships with brokers, and ensures brokers are appropriately managing the sales of our products to the final customers

  • Manages and monitors goal setting process &scorecarding/tracking of broker performance, and ensures consistent attainment of goals

  • Supports retail & HQ assist strategy development/alignment/coordination of activities to meet business objectives.  Works closely with Sanofi Sales Teams.

  • Fosters innovation and continuous improvement within Retail Operations and ensure transparency between broker and sanofi

  • Leads content development of sales information, and optimizes collaboration between Sanofi and Brokers.

  • Ensure brokers are complyingtothe established contract and inventory is sold to the authorized retailers to avoid parallel trade or price discrepancies.

  • Leads 3rd party contract negotiations to drive greater accountability and ownership of objectives and manages the commission payment process

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5 – 7  years’ experience working for a pharma/biotech company, FDA or other relevant experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
