Responsibilities

Pipeline Strategy Lead

Job Summary

· Identify new local growth opportunities expanding on existing Where to Play and How to Win choices

· Uncover new innovation insight and develop new ideas.

· Create concepts or other stimulus to validate ideas.

· Translate them to actionable target product / solution profiles to brief cross-function project team.

· Deliver innovation projects on time, in full by leading cross-functional teams

· Contribute to global category strategy, especially global innovation strategy

· Develop local pipeline strategy

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university required. Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent) preferred

· 7-10 years relevant experience

· Leadership – skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute

· Cooperate transversally: collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographies

· Act for change – embrace change and innovation and initiate new & improved ways of working.

· Develop people – takes responsibility for one’s self and others in anticipation of future business needs.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strategic, integrative and analytical thinking

· Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs

· Creativity and problem-solving

· Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment

The successful candidate will be required to sign and execute a restricted covenant upon hire.
