Responsibilities
The Associate Director, RSV HCP Marketing will report to the Director, RSV HCP Marketing Lead and work with members of the RSV marketing team. In this role, the Associate Director will be responsible both for driving impactful execution of the HCP disease and brand messaging, and for leading other key elements of successful HCP market introduction.
The Associate Director will be an integral member of the RSV marketing organization with significant collaboration with cross functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead the strategy and execution of critical go to market workstreams including field preparedness, and supply / operations readiness
Manage development and execution of HCP branded campaign and messaging for personal and non-personal promotion including MLR review
Lead development of sales force materials
Manage the launch execution of field teams and implementation plan
Collaborate with sales training team to develop training materials
Participate in market research and interacting with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights
Co-lead the development of strategic integrated marketing brand plans
Track KPIs measuring impact of Field Execution and HCP Branded Campaign
Act as main point of contact for the Agency of Record (Havas Life) and Analytics/Reporting function

Skills, Expertise and Contribution:
The ideal candidate will have in-line brand strategy, tactical execution experience demonstrating a track record of success, as well as experience across hospitals and clinics
Strong project management skills: demonstrated experience managing multiple cross functional projects and external vendors required
Experience in successfully engaging and motivating diverse customer-facing teams
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a matrix environment
Excellent oral and written communication with a strong attention to detail
Team player who is flexible, can work independently, and in collaboration with several teams
Experience working with MLR
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with others to achieve mutual objectives
Strategic and challenging thinking, creativity, enthusiasm, analytical acumen, and exceptional overall business insight are fundamental
Qualifications:
B.A. or a B.S. degree is required
5+ years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years of marketing experience in vaccines or specialty pharmaceuticals with demonstrated ability to succeed in marketing, and at least 1 year of relevant leadership experience in sales or marketing
RSV or pediatric experience preferred
Good understanding of both the hospital and community settings is highly preferred
Launch experience (market introduction strategies) is preferred
Market Research and/or Sales experience is preferred
