Position Title:

Associate Director, Omnichannel Analytics

Who You Are:

You have an analytical mindset and intellectual curiosity. You have deep expertise in the realm of digital/multichannel/omnichannel marketing paired with hands on analytics skills. You are a great communicator, work well on a cross functional team, and can influence a broad set of stakeholders.

The Team:

The Associate Director of Omnichannel Analytics is part of a broader Strategic Analytics team providing end to end partnership to brand teams and other key stakeholders. The team is focused on driving brand performance through robust data driven insights.

Job Highlights:

  • Serve as active member of agile omnichannel marketing campaign teams, providing analytics thought leadership and influencing campaign design.

  • Develop and execute short and long-term measurement plans for proposed campaigns tactics; partnering with broader analytics team as needed.

  • Lead the development of campaign KPIs, reporting and tracking. 

  • Setup and design A/B testing, case control studies and other deep dive analyses to address business questions related to omnichannel execution and impact.

  • Inform decisions on how to best leverage internal "next best action" AI/ML capabilities to optimize campaign execution and impact.

  • Drive Integration of omnichannel dynamics with broader analytics activities to help paint full picture of marketing execution and customer engagement.

  • Manage strategic tagging of campaign content to align with ongoing reporting and measurement plans

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

  • Ability to utilize data manipulation tools such as SAS, R, Python etc. and BI platforms such as Qlik, Tableau, Etc. for analysis

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their appropriate application in a business context (preferably pharmaceutical marketing)

  • Strong data visualization and storytelling skills

  • Understanding of secondary pharmaceutical data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.)

  • Excellent writing, presentation and project management skills

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or MS in applied quantitative field

  • Hands on digital marketing analytics experience within pharmaceutical industry (agency or manufacturer).

  • Deep knowledge of channel level data used in HCP and DTC marketing within pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience working in Agile environment is a plus.

  • High EQ
