Responsibilities

Job Summary

· Assist in strategic leadership for brand, ensuring aligned Where to Play and How to Win choices to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability

· Assist in identification of appropriate marketing mix tools to drive growth including the implementation of precision marketing approaches

· Assist in management of P&L – leading forecasting, inventory planning, and budget tracking.

· Lead consumer and trade promotion initiatives

· Lead consumer connections campaigns execution, especially for digital, social, and precision marketing

· Coordination launch activities for new product introductions.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· 3 – 5  years’ experience working for a pharma/biotech company, FDA or other relevant experience

· Post-bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent)

· Area of specialization: MBA (or equivalent experience)

· Leadership – skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute 

· Cooperate transversally: collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographies

· Act for change – embrace change and innovation and initiate new & improved ways of working. 

· Develop people – takes responsibility for one’s self and others in anticipation of future business needs. 

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

· Strategic, integrative and analytical thinking

· Autonomy and ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs 

· Creativity and problem-solving 

· Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business environment
