Responsibilities

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.


PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.
PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide.

Therefore, only applications that are submitted in English will be considered.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

ITS Analyst Distribution Requirements Planning - VIE Contract (W/M)

The VIE will be required to:

  • Lead the implementation of the Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes on Information Technology Services (ITS) side in alignment with SCCore roll-out strategy and roadmap
  • Perform the fit/gap analysis and define the needs for localization with the objective to stick as much as possible to the core model
  • Drive the “localization” of the solution:
    Write the functional specification with the support of solution experts
    Coordinate with the Core Team and follow up on the delivery of the localization
    Prepare and perform the unit testing
  • Drive Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data Migration activities
  • Provide support to users post go-live
  • Support the change management and growing capabilities
  • Support and contribute to users training: strategy localization, planning definition, training material localization, end-users training
  • Perform post go-live maturity assessments and define improvement action plans
  • Manage ITS-related project activities for the DRP stream and ensure deliverables are delivered  in time
  • Identify risks and propose Mitigation plan
  • Guarantee the roll-out methodology and deployment kit is applied for his stream and region

Candidate's profile:

Education:

  • Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain or Logistics or Engineer’s degree

Professional experience:

  • Previous experince within DRP area, preferably in a Pharmaceutical/Consumer Products industry
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning principles
  • Hands on experience in managing and implementing complex stream processes
  • Experience translating business needs into process and capability to implement it an IT environment

IT / hard skills:

  • Knowledge of Advanced Planning & Scheduling Systems (APS)/Forecasting Systems
  • Kinaxis solutions knowledge would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of SAP, preferably Supply Network Planning (SNP) or Demand Planning (DP) module

Soft skills:

  • Ability to create change management momentum, motivate/convince people

  • Accountability, reliability and ability to work in transparency

  • Process design and business requirements definition capabilities

  • Ability to perform independently and in a collaborative environment

  • Communication and interaction skills, including tact and diplomacy to exchange and cascade information throughout organization

  • Capacity to formalize concepts and expectations

Languages:

  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Spanish and/or French would be an advantage
