Biological Sales Associate Program

Sanofi Pasteur’s Biological Sales Associate Program (BSA) is an entry level sales development program that develops recent college graduates in the field of vaccine sales. This Program consists of 3 developmental phases: in-house training, outbound sales responsibility based at our home office in Swiftwater, PA and a field externship period where the selected candidate would backfill one of our Vaccine Specialist positions anywhere in the US.

Location: Swiftwater, PA for the first half of the program and then be willing to relocate anywhere in the US

Duration: 12 months with the ultimate goal of having the candidate earn a promotion to a permanent position as a Vaccine Specialist within our field sales force

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Majors: all majors
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Must have permanent US work authorization
  • A Valid Driver’s License with a record of a safe driving history

Industrial Operations Associate Program View the Program

Industrial Operations Associate Program

Sanofi Pasteur’s Industrial Operations Associate Program is an entry level leadership development program to develop people and team skills for recent college graduates identified as technically competent, continuous learners, and potential leaders. The Program provides an opportunity to gain a broad overview of Vaccines Industrial Affairs at the Swiftwater, PA site during a two year period by rotation assignments within the Industrial Affairs organization.

Location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania

Duration: 24-month development program including 4, 4-6 month assignments through several areas of Vaccines Industrial Affairs. Rotations include but are not limited to Production, Site Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Site Services & Engineering, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Materials Management, and Industrial Performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • Majors: Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0
  • Must have permanent US work authorization

Solutions Rotational Development Program

Information Technology & Solutions Rotational Development Program

Our Information Technology & Solutions (ITS) teams transform technological innovation into hope and solutions for patients. Sanofi’s Information Technology & Solutions Program will expose you to a challenging and collaborative environment, with three unique rotational assignments over 2 years. You will gain cross functional insights into ITS and work with leaders, playing an important role in valuable projects and initiatives that touch the lives of patients globally. You will also develop critical business skills through ongoing training and leadership development courses. When you graduate from the program, you will transition into a functional area that utilizes your strengths and matches with the needs of the business.

Location: Bridgewater, NJ / Swiftwater, PA / Cambridge & Westborough, MA

Duration: 2 years; each rotation will be a minimum of 6 to 8 months

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics or related discipline

Internal Audit Program

Sanofi Internal Audit (SIA) is an influential element of the Sanofi’s risk management practice and provides the Executive Committee with objective and independent assurance on the ability of the Group to control its operations, assisting Senior Leaders to minimize financial, operational, regulatory, and technology risks. The auditors are deeply exposed to business environment by evaluating the robustness of the control framework and interacting with Management, thus being able to drive the change and become a pool of talent resources for the Group. Talent, business Curiosity and professional Care are the currencies of our business.

Location: Bridgewater, NJ; willingness to travel anywhere in North & Latin America on assignments

Duration: 3 year program

Our Sanofi Genzyme Commercial Leadership Development Program (C-LDP) aims to develop a leadership pipeline of top MBA talent. Management Associate Program (MAP) View the Program

Management Associate Program (MAP)

Over the course of 2-3 years, Management Associates (MAP) gain broad exposure and contribute to various functional areas of Sanofi Pasteur’s Commercial Operations organization by completing US-based and potential international rotations in areas such as Field Sales, Marketing, Immunization Policy, Strategic Planning, etc. Rotations are designed to last 9-12 months. Upon completion of the program, the Associate typically graduates into a management-level position.

Location: Swiftwater, PA (home base); Field Sales rotation to occur anywhere in the US; potential opportunity for an international rotation

Duration: 2-3 year rotational development program

Basic Qualifications:

Sanofi partners with Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS University) and Rutgers University to offer PharmD Fellowships that are intended to provide a comprehensive experience for Doctor of Pharmacy graduates within the biopharmaceutical industry.   • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy
  • authorization to work in the United States throughout the duration of the fellowship

R&D Postdoctoral Fellowships

Sanofi R&D works with passion to understand and solve some of the world’s most difficult biomedical problems facing patients and their healthcare providers. One of our assets in this quest are Post Doctoral Fellows, who bring an energy and desire to share our passion.

Sanofi’s Post Doctoral Fellowships offer a comprehensive training program that provides participants with the opportunity to advance their scientific careers in a leading-edge environment while contributing to Sanofi’s effort to bring next generation (transformative) solutions to patient’s most urgent medical needs. Post Doctoral Fellows will undertake research or development activities within one of Sanofi’s R&D organizations.

Duration: 2 years
