Working closely with the Marketing, Medical and Sales teams, this position is responsible to lead the assessment, development and implementation ofall product and program training needs for the PCU to maximize overall field sales effectiveness and value to customers.
Key Responsabilities and Duties
·Create and deliver training including curriculum, training, measurement, KPI’s, ultimately leading to brand technical certification and superior execution.
·Actively work with the Marketing Team to optimize the training and execution of marketing strategy, and brand core messaging and resources through National & Regional POA's
·Work with the Sanofi Learning & Development Trainer to deliver product training that is in line with Sanofi selling model and aligned with broader brand and business initiatives
·Ensure all training modules are current, coordinated and updated to reflect key competitive differentiators and market dynamics
•Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials for all levels of product training from new field employees to veterans.
·Create and develop training curriculums surrounding key account and commercial account management (PCU Specific)
·Support the on-boarding of new representatives to accelerate time to effective performance
·Plan and publish an annual product training calendar.
·Identify, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders and customers such as pharmacists, physicians and nurses to leverage the expertise of external experts and the voice of customer.
Key requirements for this job
•university degree (science degree is an asset)
•course or degree in Adult Learning is an asset
•At least four years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent expertise
•At least 4 years in a Training Position
•Sales Management or coaching Experience is an asset
•Sound knowledge of Diabetes & Insulin Therapy and the cardiovascular market
•Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation)
•Technical aptitude/understanding (internet/e-Learning)
•Relationship managementSome travel required
